Zero-G Devices is our brand who's purpose is to provide radiation-qualified commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and automotive-grade electronics tailored for the size-weight and performance (SWaP) objectives of performance driven space programs at an economic price point.
Our product line currently features an array of automotive-grade discrete bipolar junction transistors (BJT). The BJTs have been qualified to 50 Krad at lot level, which provides an extra layer of traceability for radiation assurance not typically available for up-screened COTS or automotive-grade devices.
